Sue-Ellen Welfonder

Sue-Ellen Welfonder was born in Miami and worked as a flight attendant for nearly 20 years before turning to writing historical romance. She has a particular interest in the medieval history and landscapes of Scotland and England and has Scottish ancestry. Her debut novel, *Der Verführer im Kilt*, received the Romantic Times Award for Best First Historical Romance.
