Stefan Moses

Stefan Moses (1928–2018) was a German photographer. He was born in Liegnitz, Silesia, and died in Munich on 3 February 2018. He became known for photographic reportage published in magazines such as Das Schönste, magnum, and Stern. From 1965 onward, he pursued independent photographic projects, which were documented in numerous books and exhibitions. Moses received numerous awards, particularly for his portrait photography. His later published books include Begegnungen mit Peggy Guggenheim (2017) and Zeit der Frauen (2021).
