Sibylle Bergemann

Sibylle Bergemann (1941–2010) was a German photographer. She began taking photographs in 1966 and worked as a freelance contributor to East German magazines such as Sonntag and Das Magazin from 1967 onward. From 1970 to 1995, she also worked for Sibylle. Zeitschrift für Mode und Kultur. After the fall of the Berlin Wall, she produced color reportage that took her around the world.
