Sascha Friesike

Sascha Friesike (born 1983) is an industrial engineer who earned his doctorate at the University of St. Gallen. His professional roles have included a professorship in the design of digital innovations at Berlin University of the Arts and directing the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. He has also worked at the Alexander von Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society. His academic work has examined the role of digital technologies in the emergence of new ideas and practices, including in science and creative work.
