Sara Ahmed

Sara Ahmed is a British author, scholar, and feminist activist. Her work focused in particular on postcolonial studies, feminist theory, and queer theory. She worked in academia for more than 20 years, including at Goldsmiths, University of London. In 2016, she resigned from her position there in protest against the university’s handling of sexual harassment.
