Sandra Hunke

Sandra Hunke (born 1992 in Paderborn) is a trained plant mechanic specializing in plumbing, heating and air-conditioning technology, as well as a model. She became known on social media as “Das Baumädchen” (“The Construction Girl”). She advocates for women in the skilled trades and against gender-based stereotypes, and has appeared on television both as a craftsperson and as a model.
