Sam and Sam Clark are a British restaurateur duo. After a honeymoon during which they discovered the flavors of Spain and Morocco, they founded the London restaurant Moro in 1997, focusing on Moorish and Mediterranean cuisine. They later opened Morito, which served tapas in an intimate setting.
