Sabine Thiesler

Sabine Thiesler was born and raised in Berlin. She studied German and theatre studies and initially worked as an actress in television and on stage. She also wrote plays and numerous television screenplays, including scripts for the crime series Tatort and Polizeiruf 110. Her debut novel, Der Kindersammler, became a major success, and her subsequent thrillers also appeared on bestseller lists. Her novels are frequently set in Tuscany.
