Rupprecht Podszun

Rupprecht Podszun was born in 1976. He studied law and completed his legal training in Heidelberg, London, Munich and Geneva. He earned his doctorate in 2003. From 2005 to 2007, he worked as an adviser at the Federal Cartel Office in Bonn, followed by a position as a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law in Munich from 2007 to 2012. He completed his habilitation at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich in 2012. In 2013, he took up the chair of civil law, intellectual property law and business law at the University of Bayreuth and became an affiliated research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich.
