Rudolf Wimmer

Rudolf Wimmer is a physician, sociologist, psychiatrist, psychoanalyst, systemic therapist and organisational consultant. He completed his habilitation in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy at Heidelberg University. Wimmer founded osb international in Vienna and worked as an organisational consultant and managing partner of consulting and publishing companies. He held a professorship in leadership and organisation at the Institute for Family Businesses at Witten/Herdecke University. His areas of focus included management development, strategy and mission statements, and contemporary approaches to leadership and organisation.
