Robert Walter-Jochum (born 1981, Dr. phil.) is a literary scholar. From 2009 onward, he worked as a research fellow at Freie Universität Berlin, including at the Collaborative Research Centre »Affective Societies« until September 2018. He has published on contemporary German and Austrian literature, autobiography, literature and religion, and the relationship between literature, affect and emotions. His research includes the intersection of hate speech and contemporary literature.
