Rainald Simon

Rainald Simon (born 1951) is a sinologist, translator, and publicist. He published works on cultural history at the intersection of art history and ethnology. He also served for many years as a lecturer at Goethe University Frankfurt and taught in adult education. His translations include the Daodejing (Tao Te Ching), the Book of Changes (Yijing), and the Book of Songs (Shijing).
