Peter Michalzik

Peter Michalzik, born in 1963, studied German, philosophy and theatre studies in Munich. He worked as a journalist and theatre critic and as an editor in the arts section of the Frankfurter Rundschau. Michalzik has published biographies of Gustaf Gründgens, Siegfried Unseld and Heinrich von Kleist. His other books include “Die sind ja nackt,” on contemporary theatre, and “Die Liebe in Gedanken,” about Boris Pasternak, Marina Tsvetayeva and Rainer Maria Rilke.
