Peter McCarty

Peter McCarty was born in 1966 in Westport, Connecticut, and grew up in a large family surrounded by art. He initially intended to become an engineer but continued painting, drawing, and developing characters. He later studied at the School of Visual Arts in New York. He created numerous picture books, several of which received awards.
