Otto Penz

Otto Penz is a sociologist who worked and taught, among other institutions, at the University of Calgary and the Institute of Political Science at the University of Vienna. At the University of Calgary, he held the position of Adjunct Associate Professor; at the University of Vienna, he taught until his retirement.
