Olumide Popoola

Olumide Popoola is a Nigerian-German author, poet and performer. She studied Ayurvedic medicine and creative writing. In 2004, she received the May Ayim Award for Poetry. Popoola co-edited the anthology “Talking Home – Heimat aus unser eigenen Feder” (bluemoonpress). Since 1999, she has appeared internationally at readings and performance events and has also worked as a guest lecturer and speaker.
