Nina Dulleck (born 1975) worked as an illustrator and author of numerous children’s books for various publishers in Germany and abroad. Among other projects, she illustrated the bestselling series *The School of Magical Animals* and books from the *Sams* series. In 2011, the picture book *Glück gesucht*, which she illustrated, received the Austrian Buchliebling award. According to published biographies, she was discovered by a publisher at the age of 16.
