Nicola Hengels-Stitou

Nicola Hengels-Stitou is a trained educator and certified sleep consultant for babies and toddlers. She founded “In Liebe Begleiten,” a service focused on attachment- and relationship-oriented support for families, and works as a coach for children, young people, and families. Her additional qualifications include breastfeeding and lactation counselling as well as advice on healthy babywearing. Hengels-Stitou is the mother of three children.
