Natalia Lamotte

Natalia Lamotte is an emotional birth companion (doula) and a leader of courses on birth and sibling preparation. In the German-speaking world, she coined the term “Muttertät,” referring to the transition to motherhood, and has appeared as a speaker and interviewee on the subject. Lamotte has four children and has spoken publicly about her late ADHD diagnosis and its impact on her family life.
