Monika Schuster is a trained cook and master chef. Among other roles, she managed the restaurant operations of the renowned Dallmayr gourmet store in Munich. She also developed recipes for Eckart Witzigmann and various industrial clients and worked as a food stylist for the publisher GU. In addition, she taught cooking classes and newly developed all the recipes for Kochschule No. 1.
