Minna Salami

Minna Salami was born in Finland in 1978 to a Nigerian father and a Finnish mother and grew up in Nigeria. She worked as a journalist and became known for her award-winning blog msafropolitan.com, which has addressed topics including media stereotypes about African women. Her book *Sensuous Knowledge* was published in the United States, the United Kingdom, Finland, and Spain.
