Michelle Schreiber was born in 1996 in the Eifel region of Germany, where she also grew up. After completing secondary school, she moved to southern Africa, where she developed a passion for primates, particularly baboons. She founded a company focused on sustainable volunteering and the association AFFENSTARK e.V., dedicated to animal and species protection. She later earned a master’s degree in Primate Conservation from the University of Oxford.
