Michael von Killisch-Horn

Michael von Killisch-Horn was born in Bremen in 1954 and studied Romance languages and literature, German studies, and German as a foreign language in Munich. He works as a translator from French and Italian. Following a three-month residency fellowship in Montréal in 2013, he became increasingly involved with the literature of Québec. In 2020, he edited an issue of the literary magazine die horen devoted to contemporary literature from Québec; in 2021, he contributed to a lichtungen feature on poetry from the Outaouais region.
