Melinda Metz

Melinda Metz was born in 1962 in San Jose, California. She is an author of children’s and young adult fiction and has written for series including Goosebumps, Buffy, and Fear Street. Together with Laura J. Burns, she developed the book series that served as the basis for the television series Roswell. Her other works include a trilogy about a cat named MacGyver, comprising A Cat to Fall in Love With, A Cat Steals Hearts, and Four Paws for a Happy Ending.
