Melanie Klefeldt

Melanie Klefeldt is a certified ADHD trainer and a specialist in autism spectrum disorders and inclusion. She received her own ADHD and autism diagnoses only in adulthood. Her work has included training for parents and neurodivergent adults, as well as professional development for teachers and other educational staff. Klefeldt wrote the book *Ich lass dich los und geb dir Halt* about ADHD in adolescents, which became a SPIEGEL bestseller. She is the mother of two children, one of whom is a neurodivergent teenager.
