Mayela Gerhardt

Mayela Gerhardt was born in Mexico and studied literary translation in Düsseldorf. She continued her training in journalistic and audiovisual translation in Spain. She translates from English, Spanish, and French into German. The authors whose works she has translated include Pilar Quintana, Luis Sepúlveda, Diana Evans, Eloísa Díaz, Sandra Cisneros, Priya Guns, Laurent Binet, Joe Dunthorne, and Margo Lanagan.
