Marianne Nauber

Marianne Nauber was born in Neustadt in Holstein, Germany. She studied theatre studies and German literature at the Free University of Berlin, followed by voice training and recitation at the State University of Music and the Performing Arts Stuttgart, where she completed her artistic examination in recitation. She developed programmes featuring poetry and prose and gave solo performances, as well as performances with musicians, in Germany and Austria. She also worked as a lecturer in voice training and rhetoric at the Protestant University of Theology in Reutlingen. Her published writing includes the story “An einem ganz normalen Waschtag” and “Vater schreit,” which appeared in the anthology “In der Nacht.”
