Maria Sanchez

Maria Sanchez, born in 1968 in Málaga, Spain, is a practitioner of psychotherapy and the founder of the psychological and spiritual approaches “Sehnsucht und Hunger” and “EssentialCore.” She developed a method based on these approaches for addressing emotional eating and presented it in seminars and lectures in German-speaking countries.
