Marcel Lewandowsky

Born in 1982, Marcel Lewandowsky is a political scientist and author with a doctorate and habilitation. He has worked at institutions including Helmut Schmidt University/the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Hamburg, the University of Greifswald, and the University of Florida. His academic work has focused on democracy, political parties, populism, and extremism. As a writer, he writes prose and occasionally poetry, exploring themes of repression, abysses, and apocalypse. His nonfiction book *Was Populisten wollen: Wie sie die Gesellschaft herausfordern – und wie man ihnen begegnen sollte* was published in 2024.
