Marc Fosh is a British chef who has worked in Spain since 1991. He was the owner of the Fosh restaurant in Palma de Mallorca and developed a distinctive culinary style focused on fresh ingredients and high-quality produce. In 2002, he became the first and only British chef in Spain to be awarded a Michelin star.
