Manuela Rehn

Manuela Rehn has worked professionally with food and spent more than ten years advising companies on responsible business practices. Together with Jörg Reuter, she developed the idea for a cookbook inspired by their interest in the connections between food, memory and a sense of home. One of her personal culinary memories is her grandmother Ilse’s Quarkkeulchen, a traditional German dish.
