Manfred Kyber

Manfred Kyber (1880–1933) was a German-language writer, poet, playwright, and translator of Baltic origin. He became particularly known for his fables, fairy tales, and animal stories, which often reflected his commitment to animal welfare and respect for animals. His notable works include *Unter Tieren*, *Der Königsgaukler*, and *Die drei Lichter der kleinen Veronika*. Kyber also explored spiritual themes and was influenced by the ideas of Rudolf Steiner.
