Maja Storch

Maja Storch (born 1958) was a psychologist and psychoanalyst with a doctorate in psychology. She founded the Institute for Self-Management and Motivation Zurich (ISMZ), a spin-off of the University of Zurich, and served as its scientific director. Together with Frank Krause, she developed the Zurich Resource Model (ZRM), a scientifically based self-management training program. Her main areas of work included motivation, personality development, self-management and resource activation. She published both scholarly and popular books, including *Wenn starke Frauen sich verlieben*, *Mein Ich-Gewicht* and *Das Geheimnis kluger Entscheidungen*.
