Leslie Mechanic

Leslie Mechanic was born in Montreal, Canada, and studied illustration and graphic design at the Rhode Island School of Design in the United States. She worked at Random House Children’s Books and later oversaw design for the children’s book imprint Little Simon at Simon & Schuster.
