Lars Amend

Lars Amend, born in 1978 in Giessen, is a German author and journalist. After spending two years in London, he worked for the Frankfurt radio station XXL, where he interviewed musicians and other public figures. In 2008, he published his first book, “Bushido,” which reached number one on the SPIEGEL bestseller list. His subsequent books include “Why Not?”, “Rock Your Life,” “It’s All Good,” and “Coming Home.” His book “Dieses bescheuerte Herz,” co-written with Daniel Meyer, was adapted into a film starring Elyas M’Barek and attracted more than two million cinema-goers. Amend has also published books on personal development, life questions, and grief, as well as the podcast “Auf einen Espresso mit Lars Amend.”
