Kishore Mahbubani

Kishore Mahbubani is a Singaporean political scientist and diplomat. He served, among other posts, as Singapore’s ambassador to Cambodia, Malaysia and the United States, as well as to the United Nations. He was also a professor of political science at the National University of Singapore.
