Kira Vinke

Kira Vinke (born in 1988) is a researcher with a doctorate whose work focuses on the human dimensions of climate change, its effects on migration, and human security. Her professional roles and affiliations include the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research, leading the Center for Climate and Foreign Policy at the German Council on Foreign Relations, and co-chairing the German government’s advisory board on “Civilian Crisis Prevention and Peacebuilding.”
