Kim Leine, born in Norway in 1961 to Danish parents, is a Danish writer. He spent 15 years in Greenland, an experience that informed his literary work. His novels have been translated into several languages. His novel The Fjord of Eternity (Ewigkeitsfjord) received, among other honors, the Danish Booksellers’ Prize, the Politikens Litteraturpris, and the Nordic Council’s Literature Prize in 2013.
