Kenneth Grant

Kenneth Grant (1924–2011) was a British occultist and the head of the Typhonian Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.). He was a student of Aleister Crowley and Austin Osman Spare. In 1955, Grant co-founded the New Isis Lodge (Nu-Isis) with British occultists; it remained active until 1962. Among his few works of fiction is the semi-autobiographical novel *Gegen das Licht*.
