Katja Leuchtenberger

Katja Leuchtenberger, born in 1969, is a literary scholar with a doctorate and an editor. Her dissertation examined narrative structures and strategies of guiding readers in Uwe Johnson’s early novels, and she wrote a basic biography of Johnson. As a research associate, she curated the first permanent exhibition at the Museum of Modern Literature in Marbach am Neckar. She has also been involved in Uwe Johnson scholarship and in editing the Johnson Yearbook.
