Kathrine Nedrejord

Kathrine Nedrejord (born 1987) is a Norwegian Sámi writer, playwright and stage artist. She writes novels, books for young readers and plays, and made her debut in 2010 after beginning to write as a teenager. Nedrejord comes from Kjøllefjord in Finnmark. Her novel “Transformation” received the Havmann Prize, while “Criminal and Punishment” was nominated for the Nordic Council’s Literature Prize. “Eight Seasons” received both the October Prize and the Brage Prize.
