Kate Mosse is a British novelist and broadcaster. She was one of the initiators of the Baileys Women’s Prize for Fiction, originally known as the Orange Prize. Before working in radio and television, she was deputy director of the Chichester Festival Theatre in West Sussex. Mosse has written novels and nonfiction. Her debut novel, Labyrinth, became an international bestseller. Her other novels include Sepulchre, The Winter Ghosts, Citadel and The Burning Chambers.
