Karola Fings

Karola Fings is a historian who has published extensively on Sinti and Roma and on persecution under National Socialism. She worked as a historian at the Research Centre on Antigypsyism at Heidelberg University. From 2019 to 2021, she served on the Independent Commission on Antigypsyism appointed by the German federal government. Her publications include the survey volume »Sinti und Roma. Geschichte einer Minderheit« (Sinti and Roma: A History of a Minority).
