Kaira Jewel Lingo

Kaira Jewel Lingo spent 15 years as an ordained Buddhist nun, working closely with the Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. As a Dharma teacher, she focused on Buddhist meditation, mindfulness, and the practice of compassion. She also offered spiritual mentoring to individuals and groups. Lingo speaks five languages.
