Jutta Muth

Jutta Muth is a qualified ecotrophologist and science journalist. From 1997 onward, she worked for Eu.L.E. e.V. Her professional interests included children’s nutrition, the development of taste preferences, agriculture, and nutritional ecology. She also addressed topics that challenged established views in nutrition science.
