Juma Kliebenstein

Juma Kliebenstein was born in Saarland in 1972 and enjoyed making up stories from an early age. After completing secondary school, she studied English and German and worked as a teacher at a secondary school. In 2009, she turned fully to writing. Her breakthrough came in 2010 with the children’s book “Der Tag, an dem ich cool wurde” (“The Day I Became Cool”). Her books and audio plays have received multiple awards.
