Jang Ryujin

Jang Ryujin (born 1986) studied sociology and Korean literature, earning a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree. Before turning to writing full-time, she worked in the IT industry in Pangyo Techno Valley for seven years. Her 2019 novella, *The Joys and Sorrows of Work*, received the 21st Changbi Prize for New Figures in Literature.
