Ito Ogawa

Ito Ogawa (born 1973) is a Japanese novelist, copywriter, and translator from Yamagata Prefecture. Her debut novel, *The Restaurant of Love Regained*, became a bestseller. She has also written essays and children's books, and several of her works have become bestsellers. She has been nominated three times for the Japan Booksellers' Award, including for *The Travelling Cat Chronicles*—wait, no: *Hatoko's Stationery Shop*. Her novel *Hatoko's Magical Wish List* is her second book published by Droemer.
