Inka Friese

Inka Friese was born in Cologne in 1960. She studied German literature, art history and education, and subsequently conducted research on children’s literature and media at the University of Cologne. She then worked as an author and filmmaker for children’s television. Her television work included films and contributions for programs such as “Die Sendung mit der Maus,” “Die Sendung mit dem Elefanten” and “Wissen macht Ah!”. She also wrote screenplays, stories and nonfiction books for children.
