India Desjardins

India Desjardins is a Canadian author of children’s and young adult books. Before becoming a writer, she worked as an editor for the youth magazine “Cool.” She became known for the series “Das verdrehte Leben der Amélie,” which was successful in Canada and France and was adapted for the cinema. “Die Wale und wir” is her first collaboration with illustrator Nathalie Dion.
